Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

You may return an item at any time within fourteen days after the product has been delivered. To return an order, you can fill out and submit a return form. We will let you know once we have received your return and processed your refund. You can track the status of your return in the Order Tracking section.

We only accept returns, in the same condition in which you received them. All items must be returned in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags) with tags and protective film and protective paper still attached on the hardware. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged – scratched, worn, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund in 15 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Please note all orders are shipped globally directly from our workshop in Turkey and delivered directly to your home. Returns from locations outside of Turkey to our warehouse in Turkey usually takes up to 7 business days however may extend up to 14 days due to customs clearance processes.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and the respective cost will be deducted from your refund in accordance with our Returns Policy (i.e. we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding the cost of sending the product to you, where applicable; excluding any import taxes and duties paid by us, where applicable; and deducting the cost of returning the product to us).

If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the return/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.
