Shipping policy

GENERAL 

All orders are shipped globally directly from our production facility in Turkey and delivered to your home.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES AND FEES

U.K. Orders – Standard Shipping up to 7 working days – 20£

USA & EU Orders – Standard Shipping up to 7 working days – Free

Rest of the world – Standard Shipping up to 7 working days – 30$

The shipment date is indicated on our website.

SHIPPING

All delivery carriers provide our customers with tracking information once the parcel has been dispatched. Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. During holiday and sale periods your order may take an additional 5 days to arrive. Delivery takes place when our delivery agent leaves the Products at your nominated address for delivery when you placed the order at which point responsibility for the product passes to you. We will normally ask for a signature from someone at that delivery address.

We work primarily with DHL Express for our worldwide shipments and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please kindly take into consideration that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available.

International Orders (Including EU) – All orders arriving to a country outside of Turkey, needs to undergo a customs clearance process and customs charges (import duties and taxes) may be applied by local Customs in the country of delivery. The customs fees vary depending on the country of delivery. Manu Atelier has no control over such charges. These fees are usually between 15% to 30% of the total amount of your order value plus the shipping cost. Should your item incur any fees, the customer will be contacted directly by DHL via email or phone to pay the necessary amount. Any customs duties or import taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer and Manu Atelier cannot be held accountable for any of these charges.

You are also responsible for complying with all local import requirements, laws, regulations, and rules as may be applicable in respect thereof. Therefore, our third party delivery agent companies may contact you and ask you to provide documents that can vary depending on the local customs authority (Tax code, ID card, Proof of Payment, Power of Attorney). Please note that this process may delay the delivery time as goods held in customs can only be released once the necessary charges for local authorities have been settled. To ensure your order reaches you within the specified delivery times we recommend providing all the required documents to the carrier at your earliest convenience. Estimated delivery times for international orders exclude the time required for customs clearance.

In case of returns, you will be refunded in full, excluding and import fees covered by us, excluding shipping charges and deducting the cost of returning the product to our warehouse in Turkey.

U.K. & USA orders – There are no import duties or import taxes applicable on UK and USA orders. VAT is included in the prices, and it will be calculated and shown at checkout. Because our products are directly shipped from our workshop in Turkey, our third party delivery agent companies may need to contact you and ask you to provide documents for customs clearance purposes (Tax code, ID card, Proof of Payment, Power of Attorney).

In case of returns, you will be refunded in full including any local sales taxes charged, excluding shipping charges and deducting the cost of returning the product to our warehouse in Turkey.

Russia orders – Manu Atelier works with CDEK for shipments destined for Russia. Please note, there is a customs exemption up to 200 Euros for Russia shipments. However, for products over 200 Euros the customer is responsible for customs fees on receipt of the product. The customer will be informed of the customs fee prior to the order being dispatched.

Although this process varies depending on the flights to Russia, please note it can take at least 2-3 weeks for the customer to receive the product.
